super yummy cold vegetarian pasta salad!

mind you, i am an uber carnivore, but this def gets me by...  mmm!  super easy recipe too!  see below...

1 package of TJ's organic curly(?) pasta
1 bottle of Bernstein's Cheese Fantastico
1/2 tub of TJ's reduced-fat feta
1 can of jumbo olives (cut into 1/3rd's)
1 pack of spinach (blanched)
1/2 a bag of TJ's pine nuts
1/4 a bag of sun ripened tomatoes (cut into little strips)

the crunchiness of the pine nuts and the sweetness of the tomatoes makes all the difference...
