homegirl deserves the right to write about her frustrations as long as she doesn't name or defame anyone in the process, but even if she did end up naming them and based her opinions of true events then more power to her b/c i whole heartedly agree --- kids (and most adults) these days think they are entitled to anything and everything with very little effort, which is not the case!
